Classes & students
A class is a group of students, their projects and their assignments. A family works the same way.
Creating a class
Teachers create classes on Classes. Each gets a six-character class code (no 0, O, 1 or I). Parents get a family class made for them automatically when they sign up.
Two ways students get in

Guests can't join classes. They'll be asked to save their account first, or to get a login card from you.
Login cards
Show login cards → 🖨 Print prints one card per student you added, with the web address, class code, their name and their secret word. Only the cards print, not the rest of the page.
The class page
- Students: everyone in the class, how many projects they've published, and their portfolio setting.
- Assignments: each one with a progress bar of who's turned in. Assignments →
- Class gallery: everything your students have published.
Portfolio privacy
Each student's row has a Class only / Public menu. Class only (the default) means just this class and you. Public means anyone with the link. Students you manage can't change this themselves.
Removing vs deleting
- Remove takes a student out of this class. Their account and projects stay.
- Delete account (only for students you added, two clicks) permanently deletes the account, its projects and its published sites.
